Property Management Technology · Kenya

Smart Property.
Smarter Ownership.

Own, secure and account for Kenyan rental property from wherever you live — with the same visibility you would have standing at the gate.

The Five Pillars

One platform, five disciplines

Each pillar is a working part of your deployment — not a service tier. Select a pillar to see what it covers.

Built for Landlords Abroad

You cannot stand at the gate. You can still be in charge.

Distance costs owners money in three ways: you cannot verify what you are told, you cannot act quickly, and you cannot prove what happened. Your account closes all three gaps.

Multi-currency display
Every figure shown in KES, USD, GBP or AED at the day’s rate, with the source rate recorded.
Secure MFA login
Owner accounts require a second factor, and each session is listed with device and location.
Remote lock override
Open or seal a unit from abroad. The reason you give is stored against the door permanently.
Rent digest by email
A weekly or monthly summary of rent collected, outstanding balances and open jobs.

How It Works

Four moves from handover to payout

  1. Step 01

    Onboard your property

Units, leases, meters and locks are surveyed and loaded into your account.

  2. Step 02

We manage it on the ground

Local teams handle tenants, collections, inspections and maintenance.

  3. Step 03

    You watch it remotely

Live occupancy, access logs and arrears in your own currency, any hour.

  4. Step 04

    You get paid and reported

Net rent disbursed on schedule with a reconciled statement each period.

Payments & Security

Money moves on a record you can audit

Remote ownership only works if the paper trail is beyond argument. Collections, access and approvals all write to the same log.

M-Pesa via Daraja

STK Push prompts the tenant’s handset directly. Confirmation, receipt number and timestamp post to the ledger automatically — no manual matching, no disputed balances.

KCB Paybill

Bank collections reconcile against the same lease record, into an account held in your name. Settlement schedules are yours to set.

Smart-lock security

Access is granted per lease and revoked on exit. Every unlock, override and failed attempt is written to an immutable event log.

Social Proof

Owners who are not in the country

I had not seen my own building in four years. Now I see every payment the day it lands, and I approve repairs before money moves.

The override log settled it for me. If a door is opened, I know who opened it and why it was authorised.

Placeholder Name

Owner, mixed-use property in Nakuru

Dubai, UAE

Rent goes out with STK Push and the receipt is in the app. I have never had to argue about a balance.

FAQ

Questions owners abroad ask first

If something here is not covered, ask it directly — we will answer in writing before you commit.

  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in an African-region data centre with daily backups. Access is role-scoped: your operations team sees only the properties assigned to them, and every read of sensitive records is written to an audit log you can inspect.
